You need 60-70% carbohydrates which you may get from rice/roti/cereals/bread etc. Also, you need proteins, mainly animal proteins like chicken (2 days in a week – 75 gm each), fish (5 days) and egg 1 pc daily either at breakfast or at dinner. Use visible fat like cooking oils must be pufa based like Sunflower/Olive oil.

10. Switch up your routine

The laziest of people can also start to burn off the calories by making a few simple changes to their everyday routine. Please ensure that you get 8 hours of deep sleep.
